Super though Small July 9, 2010 Reviewer: Elise L from Chicago, IL United States   There is no doubt that this pill box is small.  I use it in my evening bag to carry tylenol or excedrine.  It can fit four pills on each side which is more than enough.  It doesn't make noise when it shakes around which is nice since the pills fit so snug.  I love the shiny metal and the paisley pattern.  The pink is really pretty too.
